Lots of learning on various client engagements Good benefits package

Cons

Work/life balance ... hard to strike. Felt like it was always a fire drill to get things done. Workplace culture ... results-oriented but unwilling to invest the upfront training time to get the best of the workforce. This results in high attrition on various teams.
