* Steep learning curve for me. * Very smart people.

Cons

* Lots of ASAP * Pay doesn't increase much except at promotion (Bait with acceptable salary and promises of a quick promotion track, but they wait you out by giving lower than inflation salary adjustments.) * Bonuses and promotions are directly tied to utalization, which is how much you billed to how much they expect you to bill. Doing corporate activates instead of billable activates hurt your growth.
