Stable salary, good benefits, skillset

Cons

Bad work-life balance, management of the work, and a faulty assignment system. You often have to do overtime which you don't get paid for. Also very reluctant to promotion to a title that you deserve (eg. L1 and L2 do the same job but obviously are paid less and viewed as lower or less experienced)
