Knowledgeable people Strong service portfolio Until now still a reasonable good image in the market, although it is moving away from bespoke to commodity

Cons

Probably the worst communicative leadership team I have experienced, alongside a management team that only requires obedience in execution. They for sure have not captured the famous quote of Steve Jobs “it does not make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do, I hire smart people so they can tell me what to do”
