The work-life balance is bad leading to not so great quality of life, lack of mentorship, and salaries are below average compared to similarly situated companies.

they pay $15/hr for analyst who come in and learn all the workflows and then take on the brunt of the work from consultants who get paid at least $18/hr. i started at the end of december and by late january/early february i was already doing consultant tasks and since they saw that i was a fast learner and could handle it they piled more and more on my plate for the next few months until i asked compensation. they denied my request, so i told them i would no longer be able to perform the consultant tasks due to the pay difference and they started treating me like crap. and they ultimately let me go after 9 months and tried to say it was cause of lack of work but everyone knew why i was really let go. so yeah. terrible company. terrible management (minus like 1 or 2), and toxic work environment.
