      This company is more suitable for freshers and married ladies as it provides flexibility for employees, less stress, currently working in a hybrid model and more benefits for the employees, Health benefits, good work culture, and I see more pros than cons here—huge respect for everyone.

      We can't expect rapid growth over here. Limited accessible to transportation No food, No food canteen in the office

      Great experience working on valuations for large and complex transactions, as well as leading infrastructure assets. You will be given responsibilities beyond your job title which is great for learning and development. High performing team & great culture.

      Cons

      Small team (not necessarily a bad thing). Little opportunity within the firm outside the team.
