Office politics is too much and managers arent that great

I normally don’t leave reviews for companies and I always see every part of my career as a learning experience. But if I can save even one other person from making the mistake, I did, I will sure as hell try. If you know what’s good for you, you will stay away from this company. It will kill your career and your motivation. very little culture and absolutely no training or mentorship. They didn’t even know when I was supposed to join the team. It was a Sunday before my join date, and I had no idea where to go or who to even speak to that should have been my first red flag. I wish I could give less than one star.
