Toxic culture created by new Chief People Officer

Used to be a great company to work for with a genuine ethos of joined up and innovative thinking

Cons

Turned into a toxic, backstabathon, thanks largely to the new Chief People Officer brought in a year or so ago who has created a culture of dishonesty and distrust

Some of your colleagues make it fun to work there

Cons

First things first, I have no idea how their admin manager is still employed here. TOXIC beyond measure and no matter how many complaints are made to management, they still keep him on. I have cried on numerous occassions for the way he's spoken to me, and he has made other coworkers just as upset, but it seems the company holds on to him to avoid their own personal lawsuits.
