People get hired and fired after 6 months for no fault at all.

Cons

All sunny initially and then real picture emerges. No major projects, no revenue. Only expenses piling up. Yet they have funds to travel, party, attend conferences worldwide. People on top are draining the company of whatever funds remaining. Should start firing from top down instead.
