Good first job but pay is awful

-very flexible schedule I was able to work around school and varsity sports - getting time off is very easy because there are a lot of employees - if you want a lot of hours they'll give them to you

Cons

- not a lot of career advancement - pay is very low (i got one 50 cent raise in 2 years)

Promote by seniority, not performance. Little pay with little raises (that they try not to pay sometimes).
