Pros

Job security, always short of help so as a manager, you have to do the job of many! 60 hours plus is normal!

Cons

Kroger doesn’t care about their employees, especially management. There is no work life balance because you work all the time!

Pros

A deli worker might enjoy the fast pace and social side of the job, especially if they like talking with customers and working as part of a team. They may like preparing food, learning slicing skills, and feeling productive during busy rushes. Discounts on food and flexible schedules can also be perks. On the other hand, they might dislike standing for long hours, dealing with impatient customers, handling repetitive tasks, and working early mornings or late shifts.

Cons

The job can also be stressful during peak times, and keeping everything clean and up to health standards requires constant effort.
