You get pto but it's typically denied so you never get to use it.

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen. Louisville North leader is a complete disrespect to anyone with NO personal skills and questionable clinical judgment & definitely many unethical things done. Many complaints on the North leader but they keep her? Turnover is terrible. So bad they host open interviews now! Corporate leaders are from the grocery store! Seriously gone down hill since CEO change. No career growth here. They make bonus unattainable now. And will find every reason not to pay it out.

It was a busy store so there was always something to do. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

Cons

They wanted to promote positions, but keep my pay the same. If I wasn't having to support myself the experience would have been great, but I did not feel it was worth it.

Pros

Friendly customers, for the most part. Supportive management, at first. Insurance available for part-time staff at reasonable price.

Cons

Deceptive hiring practices. I was hired for a position that had not yet been created. Was told I would cashier for the month(at most) until position was available. I accepted, not knowing they had no intention of making position available for 6 months. They were desperate for cashiers and I was hired in at that position under the ruse of a better position. Be wary of employment contract they make you sign. Don't let them fool you into thinking you'll be promoted to, or even cross-trained in another position. If they get you to run a register, you're there to stay!
