Pros

Pay is good - that’s the problem. They know you can’t find better money anywhere else... used to be a great place to work. Now I feel like a worker on an assembly line

Cons

Terrible management. Terrible communication. They implement programs for the NPs to do with little to no training and push us to see 35+ patients a day with 1 helper if we are lucky. Not safe care

Pros

Competitive Pay and Benefits given.

Cons

- Forced to work every other weekend (no exceptions) - Must see every patient regardless of severity.....we are in a Kroger (not an emergency room) - Expected to stay late after working 12 hour shift for patients walking in 1 minute prior to closing. - Expected to market our services to randoms shoppers in Kroger.....

Pros

Decent people and customers you get to know and like on a daily basis. Other than that, let's get to the next part

Cons

I think my title describes the nature of my grievances. This company is cancerous on the morale of any individual. Cinci Dayton division presidents are a joke and have driven this company down.
