Pros

Kroger Benefits There are no other pros always look for a job the RCD throws rocks and hides her hand.

Cons

Pay Click-ish Communication Leadership Micro manages Operational Changes are never perfected Racially profiled If I had to guess turnover is 75%. It's been discussed on several different occasions about closing TLC because they're not making any money continues to raise the praises on visit you may as well see your primary care. The wait time are crazy and you have no work life balance. Even when your off they're begging you to pick up shift and calling at all times of the night.

Pros

My experience has been mostly great at the clinic's I have worked at. I like my job a lot. The pay is pretty good too. Most customers are really great and understanding. I have been fortunate to work with an awesome group of people.

Cons

Out of about 40 people you see a day, there are approximately 2-3 people a day for what ever reason, feel a need to complain . Just make it you goal to make them smile !

Pros

Can't think of any really as it is retail pharmacy. Kroger doesn't do anything "special" to make them stand out from other retail pharmacy jobs.

Cons

Over worked with out enough technician help. Technician help is inadequate, always at least 1 tech short and when they start break & lunch rotation...it makes it extremely rough. Its all about millions in Kroger's pocket not about the lil guys running the operations at store level. Unethical HR department, I was fired because my manager didn't like me. No complaints against me, I was always at work, I was always called to come in on my off shifts, other employees requested me; However, my manager didn't like me so I was fired and HR allowed it to happen. That HR team deserves to be replaced... Bad management and Kroger doesn't care because they are going to sell food no matter how bad they treat employees.
