Pros

sometimes freetime breaks whenever you want

Cons

Worked at Kroger Pickup for about a year and honestly most of the time it was horrible. We were constantly understaffed and a lot of days I was basically doing everything by myself while management acted like they didn’t care at all. The pay was only around $14/hr which was not worth the amount of stress and work. You’re expected to go outside in every condition too — rain, freezing cold, heat, even thunder sometimes — bringing out huge orders nonstop. Some days were chill when there were barely any orders, so you’d just sit around for a couple hours on the clock, but those days were rare. Most of the time it felt like pure chaos with no help.
