      Pros

      Korn Ferry is an established, well known, staffing company. Four or five years of Korn Ferry experience looks great on a resume and is recognized in the industry. Remote work - Korn Ferry provides remote work. Depending on your client, you do need to establish strong boundaries to have a good work life balance, especially when remote (there were times I would work 12 hour days, but I could have absolutely structured my time better, etc.)

      Cons

      Korn Ferry is often restructuring internally. Whether it be due to the shifting job market and/or ongoing AI implementation into the industry, it is not clear.
