      Pros

      Autonomy, entrepreneurial, clients are industry-leaders which brings interesting and stretching engagements, robust and respected IP and research, smart and supportive colleagues, performance metrics are clear

      Cons

      Can feel like the business is managed by spreadsheets from LA, how you’re rewarded against metrics is not clear, pay is not at market rate, don’t reward junior colleagues at market rate

      Pros

      Got to work with great people - teammates and direct managers are great, never experienced any backstabbing. Opportunity to work from home

      Cons

      Underpaid compared to the average market median. Workload for one person is overwhelming and just ridiculous for the most part. No clear path to career progression, no salary adjustment over years, no clear understanding of how the bonus system works, promotions work. Leadership is very secretive and it creates a very uneasy environment
