      Blame culture, long hours, admin compliance requirements take up several hours a day and these hours are counted against the employee performance

      Stability and learning are great and a great brand

      Cons

      They had the audacity to write a public post about merit increases when they haven’t given them in 2 years. Bonuses aren’t competitive and not given out based on performance, just trying to get people to stay. Absolutely no career paths whatsoever.
