      Pros

      People are great. Pay is great, depending on your role. Accrued leave credits. Gift leaves in December. Promotions are given, mostly titles often monetary.

      Cons

      Don't expect an annual raise, disregard what they say in the contract. Performance bonus is given after FY, Once. Management is great, could be better, but its great. Transitioning to more days in the office without asking employees.

      I’ve been consulting here for eight years now and have been lucky to work on a variety of projects and with some great clients over that time.

      Cons

      The benefits could be better for consultants and holidays could be paid.

      Work from home, great colleagues

      Cons

      No pay increases for 4 years, minimal bonus. Staff are not respected, constant redundancy rounds. Poor communication to its employees, lack of career development. Some Senior Management good at managing up but have no desire to manage downwards leaving teams exasperated and in fear for their jobs
