There's no one who will help you. Everyone here is very non cooperative. They only tell you to do your work. But they will never appear to actual implementation.

Cons

A lot of cons: Low pay Very Insensitive HRBP Team Very mean leadership No help from management even if your family members are dying they want you to work. The management only works on their english speaking accent. Some people use fake english accent just to impress the foreign clients which is very childish.
