Cons
Managers at Korn Ferry Digital are completely useless. The DevOps and IT teams have such bad attitudes that they end up being more of a roadblock than a help when trying to resolve issues. The VPs take credit for the hard work of people below them, while developers remain stuck in the same positions. They constantly push problems down the chain — issues that mostly stem from their own lack of communication and poor management skills. The engineers are mediocre at best, with most being contractors, so there’s absolutely no real culture within the organization. The CEO regularly sends out delusional, tone-deaf emails that make it clear he has no understanding of what’s actually going on in the company.
