      Some great colleagues - not the leaders!

      Cons

      If your face doesn't fit you can't get on here. The recent job cuts were mostly aimed at BAME staff. The furloughs were mostly made to working mothers. Don't try and be different! There is a certain type and these are the people that get on.

      Lots of data to access to, useful for understanding today's business world.

      As per the headline, your numbers matter more than your persona. They acquired my former company in 2019, so I became a KF employee and experienced what is like to work in a money driven corporation. Very good at letting others believe that they are all about developing people and unleashing their full potential, yet as an employee you can easily be judged by how much money you make rather than who you are. Their facade is of an inclusive company, their actual environment is filled with employees who would not even dare exchanging a "hello" with you in the corridor. That is as much inclusive as it could get.
