Base pay is decent There are a few good people in the company who have real morals and values but are always in fear of their job.

Cons

No job security unless you’re a brown nosing puppet. It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job, if you speak up, you’ll get shunned and laid off on the next round.

My experience in the Marketing Department was largely defined by how I was treated on a day-to-day basis. The way communication was directed at me over time became impossible to sustain. The cumulative effect affected my overall well-being and significantly disrupted my quality of life. In hindsight, I regret the years I spent under that department’s leadership.
