Well established public company, business seems to be going well, nice compensation and nice benefits.

Cons

I worked on internal systems as a software developer for a little over a year. Some of the IT executives will feel threatened by and will seek to oppress talented people, out of fear for their positions. That insecurity creates an environment where decisions are made based on politics instead of what is good for the company, the products.
