Cons
Offices are over-crowded, with lower-ranking employees sharing offices or in cube farms. Pay raises are non-existent for lower-echelon employees. Intense focus on short-term financial goals means boom and bust cycles of hiring, lay-offs, and frantic periods where no consultant gets a lunch break for weeks.
