Great camaraderie within the office you work. Variety of work is motivating and can allow for long-term opportunities.

Cons

In the broader organization, you can feel as if you are only a number. The company continues to grow bigger and bigger, but doesn't necessarily ensure that the employees continue to function as a well-oiled machine. Bureaucracy is apparent on a daily basis and can make your job difficult. The company doesn't always practice what it preaches, and for a global HR firm, that's a strong assessment for how things operate internally.
