Good brand to associate with, however they need to move with time. Get more innovative and add new expertise to cater to the needs of the market. It's a friendly atmosphere but depends on individual partners and offices. Some are very helpful, and some have an attitude. Work is very process and detailed oriented, lot of learning.

Cons

They need to invest in skill training for the employees. Also have an internal HR whom you can reach out to. Have a career path mapped out for the delivery team. Also work out the compensation which matches the competition.
