Everything is good but the salary increment!

Company is really good, there's no micro management, has flexibility, no concerns for the emergency leaves, management is really supportive there is no politics they literally fired a Director when he caught guilty.

Cons

I had a conversation with the employee here who was working for 2-3 years but 95% employee I met was not satisfied with the salary increment part. No matter what you do for the company they'll offer you hardly 10% increment that's what I got to hear. Also my reporting Manager was unresponsive when I was in the emergency need of money.

Salary on time and good team leads and colleagues.

Cons

No proper team structure . Any recruiter is moving to any team with a different roles and responsibilities added. So much micro management and more of a data entry work for the client although you are working as recruiter. So many trackers to maintain and update with no use.
