Pros

I had a great experience with my direct manager — supportive, understanding, and genuinely cared about the team. The overall environment within the immediate team was encouraging and collaborative. Fully remote work provided flexibility and a good work-life balance.

Cons

Compensation is significantly below industry standards, even for junior roles. Some individuals in upper management lack the necessary educational background or professional qualifications for their positions, which leads to poorly informed decisions. There is visible favoritism in promotions and task assignments, negatively impacting fairness and team morale. Certain leaders behave unprofessionally and set unrealistic expectations without understanding operational realities.

Pros

No pros, total waste of time,

Cons

This company engages in highly misleading and exploitative practices that waste candidates' time and create an unstable work environment. They advertise a "free 3-day training program" but the actual process extends to nearly two weeks, requiring significant unpaid time investment that's not disclosed upfront. The company actively deceives candidates about compensation - their initial emails state one salary figure, but during the welcome webinar when training begins, they reveal a completely different (much lower) salary. This bait-and-switch tactic is fraudulent and wastes candidates' time who made decisions based on false information. Additionally, they impose a harsh one-week probation period, which is unreasonably short for meaningful evaluation and creates job insecurity. After investing substantial time in their extended training, candidates face mass rejections without clear feedback or explanation. The selection criteria remain unclear throughout, making it impossible to understand what they actually want. The combination of false advertising about training duration, salary secrecy, extremely low pay, unclear selection processes, and unrealistic probation periods creates an exploitative environment that shows complete disrespect for candidates and employees. I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely. Before engaging with any employer, demand salary ranges upfront, training requirements in writing, and reasonable probation terms (30-90 days is standard). This company fails on all these basic professional standards.
