Salaray is good if you are very skilled and dont care about forcing people into doing something

Cons

If people dont buy from you => that you are not good enough and NOT cus they just simply think its too expensive or dont have the funds

- fast growth but for less money - remote work

Cons

not many pros lets head to the cons : - feels more like a boarding school where you are constantly being told off - The Russian leaders - more than 50% - shout at you and demean you as much as they can - constantly on edge about results as if you perform bad 1 day you are fired - expect loads of free work - never pay on time - fire you with no notice and compensation. - just this month they fired over 50 people overnight with no explanation - ignore you a lot - offer promotions and expect 3 peoples worth of work from 1 body and act surprised when you are drained. they then wait for you to build a whole team and set everything up and then fire you and replace you with cheap labour this company are users and abusers they play with your mental health and feelings and suck everything out of you
