      Pros

      A young team and the opportunity to influence processes and make suggestions. The atmosphere differs from team to team, but mine is great. You can always come for advice and they will help you.

      Cons

      High pace of work and many tasks from different areas. Definitely not for everyone. The salary is not suitable for every region, may be below average if you live in Europe.
