      Pros

      Working remotely is a big advantage, and during high seasons, there’s a great opportunity to earn well. The product itself is excellent, and it feels rewarding to contribute to something meaningful. Additionally, the experience of working for an international company provides valuable exposure to different markets and cultures.

      Cons

      The management, particularly those from the russian team, can be unprofessional at times. There's a lack of job security—during low seasons, they may cut your salary by half, move you to a lower-paying position, or even terminate your contract, regardless of how long you've been with the company.
