      Pros

      People is amazing, also managing your time, having vacation, some days off for medical appointments, school stuff (if you have kids) birthday and others.

      Cons

      Sometimes work can be overwhelming and new tasks can be suddenly added. Always notify your managers they're always ready to hear your comments.

      Flexibility, Work-life balance, learning and growth opportunity, excellent and nice people as partners.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can feel uncomfortable like work is disorganized, there are no fixed goals to improve people, there is no communication, no feedback, no unity of command, only money is important.
