Cons

I was released from employment without warning after 37 years of dedication because I demanded my annual performance evaluation after 5 years without one.

Great employee base, People tend to work here for a long time. They provide a lot of emphasis and training on their principles, which can be a good and bad thing, They do stick to them which I respect.

Cons

Salary isn't always super competitive and there is office politics.
