      Pros

      Very diverse team of people and get to work in very friendly and manner organisation. They value people and their integrity. Also help establish career growth plan.

      Cons

      very stringent on following MBM principle and would be cultural shock for people moving in from other company.

      Pros

      You get to work with a good group of people. Wichita campus was kept up and easy to work in.

      Cons

      I found the people that breached the KBS principles practiced them the least. Back in 2008/09 it was difficult to cross train in different technology due to segregation of duties.
