Koch has demonstrated a long term commitment to its winning culture, which is not defined by slogans or swayed by popular trends. It is rewarding to work for a Koch company that operates in support of an organization that consistently outperforms the market and continues to grow despite weak economic conditions. While some companies may work their employees to death during periods of rapid growth, KBS maintains an environment where work-life balance can be achieved. For example, there is recognition that assigning a significant project workload to employees consumed by critical operational responsibilities is a flawed.
