      Pros

      I don't know any pros for personal growth or leadership. They are all bad people who just want to destroy employees after they left the company.

      Cons

      Bought most of competitors out. Merged and integrated all of them. People were fighting each other to gain more power. Company selected very young guys with no experience to lead and manage more experience and good employees.

      Non bureaucratic (relative), performance oriented, market-based compensation. Long-term focus only achieved from a private corporation.

      Cons

      Recent 'evolving' culture leaves the future uncertain. Focus should be on how to avoid becoming a "typical" corporation.
