Enjoyed working and helping people get up and running. Majority of the groups valued the service you provided for them.

Cons

Management sometimes doesn't understand what customer service is. Customer service profitability is not always a numbers game.

Pros

Excellent employees and good systems. Opportunities are reasonably good. Movement between the many Koch companies is possible, but best to know someone in the target company.

Cons

Wichita is the main hub for upward movement. System is built to maximize shareholder (Koch family) wealth. Nothing wrong with this, but management is stingy to a fault. Bonuses are rare and small when given. This year I hit my targets and my manager told me that I had done a very good job. He was very proud that I had gotten a 6% bonus. Woohoo!
