      Each company under Koch is operated differently, they say they share one culture but it can be quite drastic. Compensation did not keep up with market

      One of the better companies, but it's changing

      Pros

      This company is overall great to work for, benefits are good and so is opportunity to grow your skills and career. and people . Their principles and values are solid.

      Cons

      In the past year or so, I feel employees are expected to be perfect in their application of principles. Although they encourage transparency, honesty, and respectful challenge, I and others have experienced feedback that what we have said is not "principled." The constant change is at the point of exhaustion.
