Pros
One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working for. Quite a few pros to be had here: Competitive pay compared to everything (except the oilfield in full swing) Great benefits Very family orientated. I've had more than one issue arise and so have many coworkers and everyone really comes together to help them out Very team orientated. They make sure that once your in the fold, they do their best to help you rise to the occasion. Willing to recognize hard work and talent. It's not always immediate, but when they notice, your career takes off.
Cons
Swing shift-constantly rotating days and night gets frustrating for everyone. Wish they had a solid schedule or rotate less. Safety- I understand that it's out of they're hands and they're trying to make sure everyone gets home safely, but they sometimes take it to far.
