      Pros

      Great facilities, decent co-workers.

      Cons

      Training is minimal, culture fit is do or die, lots of office politics, high turnover (in my area at least).

      Pros

      Decent work-life balance, although you could work overtime every week and still not be caught up. Professional environment. If you have no education you can still be promoted.

      Cons

      Micromanagement with no clear direction to providing answers of doing it correctly. No real formal training, and they did not suggest any classes that could help in the role.

There are some great internal resources available to provide further assistance (e.g., supervisor, HR).

      Pros

      Really good teammates/peers to work with in the environment. Very knowledgeable in what they do

      Cons

      The company as a whole is like working for a cult. You either fit in the environment, or you don't. If you don't, you'll find out pretty quick. Maybe that's a good thing?
