      Pros

      I have been an employee at Koch for 25 years in many engineering, supervision and lower level management positions. If you are willing to learn, take initiative and work to make valued products, you will like this company. The highest attributes for me are the ethics of the company, its safety focus, and the ability to contribute and be recognized for your contributions regardless of your position and responsibilities.

      Cons

      As with any company, you will find the business world constantly changing. At times this can be challenging to keep up with and requires you to look deeply at what you and the company need to do to stay successful. It will not be a cake-walk!

      Pros

      Koch Industries fosters some of the best work culture I have ever experienced. With MBM at the foundation, it really makes for a great environment for innovation and creativity.

      Cons

      Depending on where you work within the company, getting people to see that the way they "have always done things" may not necessarily be the best way, can be a challenge sometimes.

      Pros

      MBM is the common sense business philosophy that truly empowers the employees to be focused on creating the greatest value, while finding fulfillment in the work they do everyday.

      Cons

      We have a high bar on talent, so it's not for those that want to do bare minimum in their job. We expect a lot, but the rewards are typically greater compared to the market. Comp philosophy can take some time to truly understand and get comfortable with.
