      Worst Management and Leadership

      Pros

      It was a good organization to be part of but since 2023 there were lot of Organizational shuffles which made this a worst management to be part of.

      Cons

      1. Worst Leadership 2. Lots of Politics 3. Makes employees work overtime but don't pay them. 4. Doesn't cater to employee complaints against managers and in return HR takes revenge against employees. 5. Employees request for Special Needs is not given any value and no support from management. 6. Hire remote employees but suddenly tell them they are required to be onsite in office. 7. Lots more drawbacks to add and leads to their leadership, supervisor and managers.

      Good work life balance, no added pressure. Working with US folks is a plus - very motivating.
