Pros

Good exposure as KF have a lot of sites - easy reference. Salary on-time, have increment and bonus. Dental & optical - RM3XX.

Cons

Hospitalization leave/MC - pay and claim. Heavy work load and high expectations from management. Long and difficult process for approval. I don't think that the salary is worth it for the amount of work load and stressed that you are going to face. However, in the end of the day its totally depends on site and client that you were assigned to.
