Team are great, supportive and appreciative Higher management treat you like a person not as if they are above you

Admin staff deserve more reward than just verbal appreciation. Salary is low for the workload taken on, and how vital the support is 9-6 is long hours and can fail to take lunch break in busy times or stay late
