If you like mind games, this is the company for you. They will tell you yes you're entitled for so and so benefit, but will issue a disciplinary letter because you made full use of so and so benefit. They will play with your performance bonus (and you'll end up getting none) even after putting years of hard work at wherever you're working at, even though you started working there before their company come into the picture.
