Treated like a dogsbody. Role was not properly explained during an hour long interview (which could have been condensed down to 30.mins) They never checked my references (which were impeccable) I knew after the first week, that I shouldn't have accepted the offer. The team never acknowledged my presence, asked how I was, how was my weekend...General politeness, which made me feel invisible. Many of the conversations on the phone and in the room were sexist and derogatory.
