Oveall a good company. People are friendly and the back office is very helpful. You will have a lot of flexibility to do your work. Most of the time, there is not much work pressure.

Cons

Rather greedy, do not expect a raise or a huge bonus. If the economy goes down, be expect that there is a massive laid off.

Great people, friendly atmosphere, encouraging management, and a developing platform make KF a great company to work for in many ways.

Cons

The compensation is not commensurate with the time and effort put in daily, especially when compared with our larger competitors e.g. Jones Lang, CB Richard Ellis, C&W, etc.
