Free hand given to work on - gives lot of opportunities to grow and learn. Flat organisation structure - provides access to the top management - in process helps to learn Good people all around - healthy and constructive High emphasis on quality than quantity.

not much inter-department working. office location could be better considering its a global real estate consultancy
