Pros
On the whole most people are friendly and good fun. As far as property goes Knight Frank is one of the best if not the best property companies in the UK so will look impressive on your CV. Broad range of clients and work. Opportunities to move laterally as it's a big company. Overseas opportunities too.
Cons
No diversity. There are only about four female equity partners. There are a lot of egos in the business. The head office is overcrowded as the won't spend money on getting more office space despite expansion. Salary and bonuses aren't transparent and are completely arbitrary and depend a lot on personalities. Lot of support staff turnover.
